The hotel is located conveniently near the city center, and the free shuttle and bike rentals are a plus. the staff are generally friendly and accommodating. the hotel offers a decent breakfast, although there are some negative aspects to it.

They even went out of their way to help me find a lost item and print a map for me. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with a fantastic sento on the top floor and a convenient coin laundry. the location was excellent, close to the city center and offering a free shuttle for easy transportation.
Nothing to complain about at all.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the attentive and friendly staff. They were always ready to help and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. The service was exceptional and they made us feel right at home.
There were a few aspects of our stay that were not ideal. the room we stayed in had a faint unpleasant smell.

During our city trip, we were delighted to have found a hotel with such accommodating and friendly staff. the free bike rentals and shuttle service were a definite plus and convenient for exploring the city. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious and healthy options to fuel our busy days.
The smoking smell in the elevators was a bit overwhelming and the small room size was unexpected. the restrictions on the female onsen schedule were inconvenient and unfair.
